Duties:
- Reporting to the Director & Principal Consultant Asia, you will proactively identify and manage key client relationships through active business development, key account management and daily sales activities
- Engage senior level clients to understand hiring requirements with a view to building a long term business partnership based on core corporate values of quality, commitment and results
- Manage projects from inception to completion, effectively building client and candidate relationships and achieving project timelines
- Screen and select candidates for industry specific roles, through proactive head hunting, market mapping and advertising response management
- Actively network to establish industry expertise and be recognized as a true industry specialist
- Develop commercial expertise across key Asia markets, and work efficiently towards sales targets and deliverables
- Necessary administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of related experience, in recruitment or specific industry mentioned above
- Or a related degree in marketing or business, with a true passion to excel as a recruiter
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, Mandarin/Cantonese preferred
- A true desire to succeed towards sales targets and to become an industry expert
- Strong commercial acumen with a professional and results driven approach
- Willingness to learn and work in a small but fast growing environment
