Our client is a leading international skincare and cosmetics company. With an attractive portfolio of world class brands they continue to expand their presence in the Asia region. As a result, an exciting opportunity now exists for an Area Sales Manager to coordinate the travel retail division within the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for achieving retail and net sales targets and ensure retail sales growth, execute brand and distribution strategy, and profit & loss management, working collaboratively with the Regional Director. This will entail monitoring sales performances, keeping abreast of competitor activity, implementing and maximising launch opportunities, brand imagery, stock selection, management and supervision of staff, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A bachelor degree, preferably in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in travel retail environment
- Mobile, energetic and willing to travel up to 60% of the time
- Good presentation skills and strong in written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office
