Our client is the largest European electrical retailer and services company and is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team as Assistant Design Manager
- Responsible to lead the packaging team in the daily operation
- Hands-on in designing and artwork creation of packaging
- Managing “Design to Print” workflow platform
- Managing the critical path schedule for each project
- Briefing suppliers on print and material specification and follow up on inspection queries
- Works with third parties like designers, printers, manufacturers on print production and structural packaging development
- Experience in print production management, supplier management and team management
- Proficiency in Mac & PC Desktop publishing including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Word
- Self motivated, organized, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Degree in Visual Communication Design with at least 8 years of experience in artwork agency, in-house consumer electronics or MNCs
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
