Role and mission
The successful candidate for this role will lead, orchestrate and oversee the overall approach to digital ad operations across the above markets. The candidate, if successful should demonstrate experience in managing and overseeing data aggregation and strategic measurement of performance centric KPIs across paid and natural search, social, affiliates, display media, ad‐exchanges and mobile.
We place data at the heart of our business to fuse the performance of all digital media channels in order to deliver tangible business results for our clients. If successful, this candidate will be responsible for Ad Operations for our largest digital client in the region.
Key responsibilities:
•Working with and reporting into Group Digital Director, (includes Search, Mobile & Paid Social Media)
•Define the strategy for measuring Digital KPIs
•Defining and ensuring local market consistency in their ability to track cross channel
•Defining processes/ Ensuring capability training
•Key point of contact with DoubleClick/Google Stack
•Defining and drafting market level reporting templates
•Rolling up reporting templates to Global COE
•Defining data collection sets and dashboard management/alignment
•Future‐proofing tracking and data requirements
•Audit ad serving capability – on a semi quarterly basis
•Align financial management of third party tracking tools and reconciliation processes across markets in line with global guidelines (DoubleClick, Invite, Marin etc)
•Ensure best in market capabilities for data management (ie Work closely with Google Analytics Premium in appending codes, training local teams and managing service agreements with third parties as they pertain to staff training)
•Overall responsibility of quality assurance of all adserving and implementation of regional approach to tagging etc.
•Work with Global counterparts on standardising approach to adserving across technologies (including GMNET, Marin, Facebook, Google Stack – Terracent, Invite, DoubleClick)
•Build strong external partnerships with media owners, ad networks, ad exchanges, data providers, software providers and leading related Industry associations.
Qualifications:
General Account Management:
•Maintain and manage relationships with publishers
•Stay abreast of all changes and updates to display, search and performance technology
•Understand the intricacies of client paid and organic campaigns and be able to impart knowledge and advice to the team and client.
•Understand complicated campaign results and be able to disseminate and present these to clients in a way that responds to their business and financial objectives

Qualifications & Experience:
•2‐3 years experience managing Paid and/or Organic Search campaigns, Digital Display, Traditional media agency experience is helpful
•Experience managing and leading an ad ops team
•Reasonable understanding of HTML, Javascript, Flash and other digital technologies
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
•Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
•Current Google Adwords Professional certified
