Why does the Sub BG Lead Mgmt - Business Solutions role exist?
The Sub BG Lead Mgmt - Dynamics adds value to Microsoft by producing results across three pillars:
1. Ensuring the execution of the Dynamics marketing strategy and vision for the Sub by coaching and supporting local MBS Marketing groups .
2. Driving integration and showcasing best practices for respective Subs by building a strong connection point & relationship to the Corp. PMG team
3. Executing against the defined metrics from the corp. teams, and driving these metrics-based behaviors within the Subsidiaries.
These three pillars enable the Subsidiary Dynamics Teams to help Dynamics Specialist Sales and Partner Teams, as well as Dynamics’ Partners, meet their revenue targets through Customer and Partner ready and relevant marketing and sales execution.
Success is measured by the meeting or exceeding of:
- Area/Subsidiary Dynamics Revenue targets
- ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) targets
- Corp. - Sub defined Marketing targets for demand generation and awareness
What key deliverables are produced by the Sub BG Lead Mgmt - Business Solutions?
1. Drive the development of a comprehensive marketing execution plan with the Marketing Lead that incorporates industry, audience, segment, product and partner perspective for the subsidiary, as well as leveraging ISS resoureces in the segments teams..
2. Seamless integration of Dynamics PTS team and Partner team in EPG, CTM segments and Services for key accounts opportunities optimization.
3. Providing vision and leadership that drive consistency and predictability within the Dynamics marketing team, enabling sales team, and dynamics partners perform at their best.
4. Collaborating effectively with Dynamics Leadership Team members and PMG Corp. team to drive integration and orchestration of the local Dynamics teams across and within all Subsidiary Sales, Services, Support and M&O/Business Group Teams in the sub.

The Sub BG Lead Mgmt - Business Solutions works with the MBS Leadership Team and the M&O Team during the subsidiary planning phase to develop the all-up MBS revenue and marketing plan based on Corp. Marketing strategy. The Sub BG Lead Mgmt - Business Solutions ensures that the plan is cascaded into the industry, audience, product and partner marketing plans developed by his/her team members.

What short and long-term marketing and product strategies are needed to help the segments (direct and through-partner) teams in the subsidiary achieve their revenue targets?
What are the most effective ways of allocating and reporting on resources (people and funding) to meet strategic goals?
What team/people management and development is needed to ensure success?
End-to-end sub Dynamics strategy and contribution to the Dynamics growth strategy
Integrated and orchestrated Marketing execution
High performing marketing team, PST and partners ip
Develop Dynamics partners
8 - 10 years of related experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) is required
MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred.
